Motorcycle Law Career Highlights

• Marc represented Kenneth H. who was severely injured in a motorcycle accident when the defendant car changed lanes as Kenneth was attempting to legally pass on the left side. As a result, Kenneth ruptured his brachial plexus in his right arm, making it completely non-functional.  The defendant insurance company denied the claim and a lawsuit was filed. After depositions including medical and accident scene reconstruction experts, and right before the trial began, the case settled for the $1 million policy limits.
• In another claim, Robert G and his wife were riding together on his motorcycle along with two other motorcyclists. A car in front of Robert’s bike made a very sudden stop causing Robert to strike the rear of that car. As a result, his wife was ejected from the motorcycle causing her to receive a fractured sternum and clavicle.
  
  As Robert laid on the ground, he was then struck by one of his companion motorcyclists shattering his arm. After undergoing surgery involving an external fixator to repair his arm, Robert still did not have a great outcome. Once again after a lengthy dispute, this case ultimately settled for a large undisclosed amount.
