Greg Herrman – Corpus Christi Motorcycle Accident Attorney
Gregory H. Herrman, the managing partner of Herrman & Herrman, has been providing quality legal representation for people in Corpus Christi and the Rio Grande Valley for many years. Herrman has been involved in many significant case resolutions including multiple seven-figure settlements. Mr. Herrman leads a team of compassionate and experienced personal injury attorneys.
A native of Hays, Kansas, Herrman comes from a family of lawyers.
His father had a general practice in Hays, and an uncle and grandfather also
were attorneys. He came to Texas and received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the
University of Texas in 1982 and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law
in 1986. During his undergraduate years, he worked his way through school by
selling Kirby vacuum cleaners door to door and started his own Kirby franchise
during law school.
After getting his J.D., Herrman joined a firm in Corpus
Christi, handling both plaintiff’s personal injury and insurance defense cases.
After five years, he joined his brother, David, and another attorney to form
their own law firm committed solely to representing injured accident victims.
Herrman has maintained that focus in his practice ever since.
Through his efforts in helping people, Herrman has built
strong ties in the South Texas communities served by the firm. He is involved
in numerous charities, including the Beach to Bay relay marathon race, Toys for
Tots, Stuff the Bus and Fiesta De La Flor.
The firm also sponsors an annual Innovation Scholarship
Essay Contest, providing $5,000 in scholarships to students who submit essays
on topics dealing with safety, and a program called People Assisting Animal
Control, in which the firm helps to protect the Corpus Christi pet population
by providing 25 spays and neuters per month.
While Herrman’s primary joy in life is providing service to
residents of the Corpus Christi area and Rio Grande Valley, he also enjoys
fishing, hunting, sailing, hiking, skiing, and keeping fit.

After losing a friend Greg realized this is an underrepresented and overexposed area...
We probably handle the most motorcycle accidents in the area so we are most familiar with the injuries these types of accidents can cause and what medical resources would be necessary to properly treat them.
We quickly determine whether your case needs to be litigated and contact the appropriate investigating office to gather information on the responsible party.
Very often, due to the fact that they're seriously injured, motorcyclists do not get a chance to speak to police after an accident. So, fault is mistakenly placed on them due to the inattention of the other driver.
We strive daily to overcome these erroneous liability decisions and make sure our clients are properly compensated when they're injured due to the fault of others.
What do you do to support the Texas Biker Community?
The majority of the support we provide to the motorcycle community is oftentimes local. I work with all of the local dealerships here in San Antonio including all the large Harley dealerships, Cowboy's Alamo City, Javelina, Caliente, and Gruene Harley Davidson.
All of the dealerships put on a monthly bike night during the riding season that I support and love to participate in.
There are also some large metric dealerships like Alamo Cycle Plex, Kent Powersports, and CTX Motoworks that oftentimes put on a local bike night or event that I'll attend and do my best to offer support whenever possible.
Some of the ways we offer support is to promote the events on our social media channels and we do our best to offer "swag" such as raffle giveaways to provide added benefits to entice the local riding community to come out to the bike night.
I also provide artwork and graphics to my shops to help support the event they're putting on and setup at their event as a supporting vendor.
The local rallies that I sponsor and support are:
St. Valentines Day Massacre in Hondo in Feb
Thunder in the Hill Country in Bandera in March
The Texas Time Travelin' Chopper Show in New Braunfels in March
Fandango Vintage Motorcycle Rally in Fredricksburg in April
Rumble on the River in Bandera in Oct
Guardians of the Children Rally in Boerne in Sept
The Harvest Classic Vintage Rally in Luckenbach in Oct.
There are several different clubs that I continuously work with and in large part it's been heavily with the local HOG Chapters from the local Harley Dealerships. The Alamo City Gypsies put on the Massacre Rally in Feb. and this will be my 2nd year supporting and sponsoring their rally.
There are several large events outside of the local territory that we support and sponsor such as MotoGP at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, a race that's a part of the a worldwide series for Grand Prix motorcycle racing.
Another large event that's not local that I support is R.O.T. Rally, aka the Republic of Texas Rally. It's an adult only rally that brings in riders from all over Texas and the midwest.
